We've been going to Richardson Ford for the last 20 years. Even though it's a 40 mile drive we go because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Their work is always perfect and their price is very fair. But most of all we trust them because they never perform work that isn't necessary. They are honest and trustworthy.
Dependable, courteous service. They were extremely busy when you stopped on, at 7:3O am, because my low tire light was on. They had me wait in their customer lounge, while they checked my tires. I saw how busy everyone was, yet they made me feel like I was the center of their day. This 80 year old woman is grateful to have them in my hometown.

I brought my truck in twice for the same problem. This time I requested a loaner vehicle as they stated that they would need it for a couple days. Really no service after the sale. I normally don’t write reviews but I made an exception. I recently purchased a like new used ford maverick with low miles. It was almost exactly what I was searching for so I did not negotiate the price as I thought it was a good value as long as everything worked as it should. Went in for an oil change and the person in the service department showed me that I had enough Ford points to cover a big portion of a repair on my vehicle in the near future.
Everyone was pleasant and courteous. It's nice to get my vehicle taken care of at the dealership I purchased from.

I had an issue last time as well. When I received my Expedition back there’s a flap underneath that keeps oil from dripping. Well after the oil change and it was brought home it was just hanging there. It was not like that when it left for the oil change. I called the service department and they explained what it was. I bought my truck new in 2017 & only take it to Richardson’s Ford for service, I am extremely satisfied with their service and they always make me feel like a valued customer.
They seem to be having a hard time getting this Dodge truck fixed and they don't always have a car to drive . outside of that people are nice seems to try. {Truck still has the problem and more}

Richardson Ford is a wonderful place to do business with and to get your vehicle serviced. They are very accommodating and always looking out for you. Their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They even call you the next day with a follow up, call to make sure your vehicle was taken care of and running properly. Excellent dealership and service.

I had a scheduled appointment and even though there were just two guys running the service department that Saturday, they made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion. They we're amazing. Held my car for me for a full week while I got everything for my bank and insurance figured out. Dealt with Mike and he was amazing so patient with me. Helped me in every way as I went through buying my first car ever! Will definitely go back! Recommend for someone working to get their first car. Had to take my truck to Richardsons to figure out what was going on with it. Ended up needing a new motor and my warranty company was fighting us on it. Kyle over at the service desk fought harder than he should have ever had to fight to get them to cover what they were supposed to cover anyway. This gentleman deserves a medal for the battle he went through. Thanks Kyle!
Great place, really easy to work with! Kyle Robertson helped me out when I needed warranty service done to my truck and he did a great job communicating, simplifying everything and getting me in and out quickly!
Went there for an oil change and their Service representative Kyle Robertson did an excellent job. He got me a vehicle to drive while they did the work on my car. He called me in the short time it took the technician to do the work. When I returned my car was all cleaned up and ready for the road !! Great service !

Richardson Ford has the best service people. They are courteous and friendly. If there is something else wrong with my vehicle , they call me and asked if I wanted it replaced. I have been loyal to Richardson Ford for my last three vehicles and all my oil changes. I live in Au Gres and work in Bay County a half day on Wednesdays, so I make my oil change appointments for 1pm on Wednesdays. Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes early, 12:50 pm BUT had to wait 2 hours for my oil change to be done!! I kept checking on how much longer and was finally told they had a lift breakdown. I had my tires rotated, oil changed new battery installed and different filters that they came to me and asked about changing them. After a considerable amount of time. I was given my vehicle back as finished. I drove about 2 and a half miles down the road no problem. I stopped at Jays in Standish got back in my vehicle to go home a light came on to have my vehicle serviced soon!!!!

I like the service at Richardson ford but how long does it take to do an oil change? I sat there for over an hour for a oil change that was scheduled!
First time here for me, I had a free oil change coupon given to me from the Richardson location in midland (thank you again for this) and after service was completed I noticed on my invoice the oil put in my truck was 5w20 on invoice. My truck calls for 5w30 only. I called them out on this, the service adviser asked the mechanic what he put into my truck and I watched the mechanic tell him 5w30. Richardson Ford was very professional and courteous. Answering all questions and giving the details I needed. All representatives were very kind and knowledgeable. The truck has a blemish and they are setting up a date to have it fixed, by giving me a loaner to leave it. So far I have nothing to complain about with all who were involved with the sale of my new truck.
It takes forever for parts to come in to get your Vehicle fixed. Then it takes forever for the service dept to call me after the parts arrive.
Don’t wait 30 to 40 minutes to get the car washed!

I have had excellent experiences here and especially with salesman Jeremy. He is not high pressure and doesn't try to talk you into something you don't want but does a very good job of helping find what you do want. He doesn't forget about you after the sale either but does occasional follow up calls and helps with any issues that arise, which I'm happy to say have been very few.
Richardson's is coming back to feeling like everyone knows you by name and treats you as family. Over the years, the faces may change, but the quality of service only gets better.
Jeremy made our vehicle experience pain free and quick. We went in with an expectation of what we wanted and he met every expectation. Great experience and will definitely return for other car purchases as needed.
They put up with a lot of stuff that should have affected the buying process but didn't seem to make a difference.

I bought a ford bronco from this dealership, I worked with L’Dean and Corey and they very pleasant to work with, didn’t try to add on anything unnecessary to jack up the prices, kept the prices as low as they could. They are very honest at this dealership and super nice. Will definitely come back if we’re ever in the search for a new vehicle! Every dealership I’ve been to has always tried taking advantage of prices and add ons and I did not experience one negative thing like that at all 😊
