I have been loyal to Richardson Ford for my last three vehicles and all my oil changes. I live in Au Gres and work in Bay County a half day on Wednesdays, so I make my oil change appointments for 1pm on Wednesdays. Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes early, 12:50 pm BUT had to wait 2 hours for my oil change to be done!! I kept checking on how much longer and was finally told they had a lift breakdown. I had my tires rotated, oil changed new battery installed and different filters that they came to me and asked about changing them. After a considerable amount of time. I was given my vehicle back as finished. I drove about 2 and a half miles down the road no problem. I stopped at Jays in Standish got back in my vehicle to go home a light came on to have my vehicle serviced soon!!!!

I like the service at Richardson ford but how long does it take to do an oil change? I sat there for over an hour for a oil change that was scheduled!
First time here for me, I had a free oil change coupon given to me from the Richardson location in midland (thank you again for this) and after service was completed I noticed on my invoice the oil put in my truck was 5w20 on invoice. My truck calls for 5w30 only. I called them out on this, the service adviser asked the mechanic what he put into my truck and I watched the mechanic tell him 5w30. Richardson Ford was very professional and courteous. Answering all questions and giving the details I needed. All representatives were very kind and knowledgeable. The truck has a blemish and they are setting up a date to have it fixed, by giving me a loaner to leave it. So far I have nothing to complain about with all who were involved with the sale of my new truck.
It takes forever for parts to come in to get your Vehicle fixed. Then it takes forever for the service dept to call me after the parts arrive.
Don’t wait 30 to 40 minutes to get the car washed!

Connor in service is an exceptional employee. I had to travel 3 hours from home with my elderly Mom, youngest daughter and my granddaughter. He was able to fit me in for an oil change so we could make the trip safely. I am grateful for his courtesy. Please give him my best. Rewards should be given to keep great employees.

I have had excellent experiences here and especially with salesman Jeremy. He is not high pressure and doesn't try to talk you into something you don't want but does a very good job of helping find what you do want. He doesn't forget about you after the sale either but does occasional follow up calls and helps with any issues that arise, which I'm happy to say have been very few.
Richardson's is coming back to feeling like everyone knows you by name and treats you as family. Over the years, the faces may change, but the quality of service only gets better.
Jeremy made our vehicle experience pain free and quick. We went in with an expectation of what we wanted and he met every expectation. Great experience and will definitely return for other car purchases as needed.
They put up with a lot of stuff that should have affected the buying process but didn't seem to make a difference.

I bought a ford bronco from this dealership, I worked with L’Dean and Corey and they very pleasant to work with, didn’t try to add on anything unnecessary to jack up the prices, kept the prices as low as they could. They are very honest at this dealership and super nice. Will definitely come back if we’re ever in the search for a new vehicle! Every dealership I’ve been to has always tried taking advantage of prices and add ons and I did not experience one negative thing like that at all 😊

Thea people , especially our salesman mike Jones. We don't mess around looking at other dealerships. They are straight down to the price , not adding on this and that when you arrive. Truck broke down one time and they drove to our house with loaner 1 1/2 away from their Standish dealership and picked truck up and returned it 4 days later. The wait time in Service was very long for all the customers, including me. The personal was not very professional. They did not report back to me on an issue that I inquired about like they said they would. They were discussing price repairs in front of the other customers in the waiting area. The customers did not seem to be their first priority.

Salesman Mike Jones was helpful throughout the ordering and delivery process. He answered lots of questions that I posed, and offered me solutions that met my needs.
This place is sbsolutely horrendous. I bought a brand new car from them and they were supposed to come pick it up from my workplace two times to fix things that were wrong with it. They never showed up. I made an appointment and took the car there myself. They did not have a loaner car as promised. I’ve now had my car for almost a year, and they still have not fixed it.
